How it all began :

Since the beginning of my carpet cleaning days back in 1990, I have always strived for customer service excellence and educating myself in the services provided. Continuing education in the restoration industry is a must as there are always advancements for better and safer solutions for an improved end result. Our lifelong educational commitment has made it possible for us to accurately assess and write for accurate property disputes. Just as home building products advance, it is imperative to adapt in order to enable us to handle these changes. We do a minimum of 16 hours a year in continuing education for our industry to better serve you.

With over 20 years in the cleaning and restoration industry we have seen nearly everything and have resolved multiple claims disputes with carriers and insureds simply as a contractor. We are diligent with documentation and industry explanation in accordance with IICRC Standards for cleaning and restoration and with regards to OSHA regulations as well as local and municipal codes and ordinances.
